Following in the footsteps of home cooks I admire who have coooked their way through some serious books, I am going to try to make every sandwich in the ‘wichcraft book by Tom Colicchio and Sisha Ortuzar. There will be plenty of successes and I am sure some failures as well. Along the way I am going to be helped out by friends who may do anything from being guest sandwich makers to taste testing.
